Nanchang Xixia National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park

Nanchang Xixia National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Modern Agricultural Park is located in the Sanghai Economic and Technological Development Zone in the north, adjacent to the Airport Economic Zone in the south, 105 National Highway in the west, and Changbei International Airport in the east. The total planned area is 59,000 mu. The project involves Xixia Town and Lehua Town, 13 administrative villages, with an agricultural population of 27,900, including 28,000 mu of cultivated land, 19,000 mu of mountain land, 0.5 million mu of water surface, and 0.7 million mu of other land. It will build 20,400 mu of high-standard farmland, support and build 7 farmer cooperatives (including family farms) and 7 leading enterprises, and promote special planting, pollution-free fruit and vegetable planting, seedling planting, standardized breeding of improved pigs, and deep processing of rice. And other industry development.

The park has planned 8,000 acres of core area (3000 acres of fine agricultural display area, 4600 acres of agricultural science and technology demonstration area, 400 acres of commercial and residential supporting service area). The core area is adjacent to Changjiu Expressway in the east, Nan'an Highway in the north, and 105 National Highway in the west and south. The location advantage is obvious. It is not only the “bridgehead” of Changjiu integration, but also the “North Gate” of Nanchang; it is the airport economy. The “big window” with overlapping areas in the district and Changjiu New District is the “main position” of Nanchang Modern Agriculture. In the 8,000-mu core area, the spatial pattern of “three districts and eight groups” was planned. The “three districts” were “boutique agricultural display areas”, “agricultural science and technology demonstration zones”, “commercial and residential supporting service areas”, and “eight groups” Display service, urban happy farm, garden flower and wood exhibition, leisure and holiday entertainment, popular science education and training, rural life experience, Baihua Baiguo picking, pastoral ecological health and other eight group-type functional districts.
