Stir-Fried Bacon with Quinoa Artemisia

Stir-fried bacon with Artemisia quinoa is a famous Jiangxi dish and one of the top ten Jiangxi dishes. Artemisia quinoa is mainly produced along the coast of Poyang Lake, the largest freshwater lake in China. The bacon is made by air-drying native chicken, native duck, and native pork from Guishiling.
